Fair white skin is every Filipina’s dream. Yes, there are such moments in our lives that we wished to have fairer skin and thought of ways how we can achieve it. A lot of products in the market offers whitening, smoothening, pore minimizing, moisturizing, and pinkish glow skin. These are really selling in the Philippines but since there is too much products to try, we don’t know which is actually committed to their promise.

I thought that taking dietary supplements would be better than taking topical solutions. I believe that the effect is more direct and efficient. The next thing I did is to look for the best dietary supplements recommended by other bloggers. Bought it from Watsons. For my trial, I bought one bottle of 60 soft gel cap. Then I bought 2 more for maintenance because I love it!

INGREDIENTS

Reduced Glutathione 200mg – Glutathione is an ultimate antioxidant found in every cell of your body.  It needs to be in a reduced state so that it is available to neutralize free radicals.

Algatrium 100mg – This is why you don’t need to take Vitamin C.

Vitamin E 15mg – Widely known benefits of  Vitamin E are protection against toxins such as air pollution, premenstrual syndrome, eye disorders such as cataracts, neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, and diabetes.

Olive oil 146mg – It helps lower your risk of heart disease, contains important vitamins and nutrients and is loaded with antioxidants.

Fish Gelatin 137.3mg – It is a mixture of peptides and proteins produced by partial hydrolysis of collagen extracted from the skin, bones, and connective tissues of fish.

THE VERDICT

PROS: Effective and highly recommended! It made my skin noticeably smooth and soft, pinkish white and healthy looking. It doesn’t hurt your stomach and this makes it perfect for those suffering from acid reflux. Algatrium is my best friend! Yet, due to curiousity I tried taking Fern C (my choice for no stomach pain Vitamin C) with it. Aside from its proven effects on our skin, don’t forget that it is considered as an ultimate antioxidant. That’s two birds in one stone!

CONS: It’s very expensive! That’s 3,000php per month. But, if you have the money, buy it!
