Converge FiberXers concluded their first conference by landing a spot in the playoffs at the 2022 Philippine Cup. This September, the team is determined to reach even greater heights as their second conference in the Commissioner’s Cup commences.
To bring up the energy, significant change in its coaching staff and the revitalized player line-up is formed. Starting off with the new Head Coach Aldin Ayo and the newly acquired team members from the trade, Aljun Melecio and Kris Porter. Sophomore guard Aljun Melecio and big man Kris Porter from the Phoenix Fuel Masters are expected to contribute to the defensive strategy of the team moving forward.
With the addition of first-time import and former NBA player Quincy Miller, and new additions to the coaching staff, Joph Cleopas, JC Nuyles and McJour Luib – Coach Aldin aims to drive the team’s ultimate goal forward: to win.
