REVIEW | Himalaya Botanique Whitening Complete Care Toothpaste
Love your toothpaste?#itstimetocheckyourlabels dear!
The new Himalaya Botanique Whitening Complete Care Simply Mint Toothpaste is made of 100% organic certified ingredients (USDA certified organic) and 97% natural sources. I’m a fan of #himalayaherbph products and I’m very excited to try this new product. I’ve been using Himalaya Herbals toothpaste for almost a year now and this time #itstimetobotanique
Check the label!
his herbal formulation uses:
Pineapple and Papaya enzymes – whitens teeth
Mint – freshens breath
Neem, Pomegranate, and Xylitol – healthy looking gums
All ingredients indicated are fruit extracts, plant extracts, oils, and basic oral care ingredients. Nothing harmful at all.
FIRST IMPRESSION
I got the Simply Mint variant and some of the observations written here might not be applicable to other variants. 😉 I will keep on updating this post as I am still using it.
TEXTURE
It is white with lesser viscosity than regular toothpaste. It gets foamy once scrubbed with a toothbrush. This gives you a mild minty feeling. TRIVIA: I tried other variants of Himalaya Toothpaste and they are really fond of using different colours like grey, green, etc.
WHITENING
For a few days of using it, it doesn’t give you instant white teeth but it is consistent enough to keep my teeth lighter with less tar due to a regular coffee intake. 8/10
CLEANING POWER
This is very important to me. My toothbrush and toothpaste are well selected to have great cleaning power. I’ll give this a 7-8 rating. I don’t really waste too much time for brushing, given that I don’t have perfectly aligned teeth. Well, for this category it’s quite average compared to other Himalaya toothpaste. 😉
TRIVIA : Other whitening toothpaste has lesser cleaning power probably because they are more focused on whitening the teeth. But hey, we need both!
FRESH BREATH
This is one reason why I love Himalaya toothpaste, breath freshness can stay form 1-2 hrs without drinking water. Best for travelling peeps. 9/10
Too bad I only got a tube, but anyway that’s all I need. Thank you #himalayaherbph for letting me review one of your newest product. 💜💜💜 .
As of date, I am still using this and I’m sure I’ll have another Himalaya toothpaste after.
