Have you ever tried shipping your orders from BeautyMNL to one of their Partner Hubs?

BeautyMNL is one of my go-to local online shops when it comes to beauty and wellness products/services. More than huge discounts and promos, shipping via BeautyMNL Partner Hub is one of the features I really like. I tried it and here’s what happened.

But first, what’s a BeautyMNL Partner Hub?

The Partner Hubs are basically beauty and wellness service providers inside the malls. Some of their services are available at BeautyMNL.

What makes shipping via Beauty MNL Partner Hubs convenient?

• FREE SHIPPING, yay!
• Use the hub to return activewear.
• You are given seven (7) days excluding Sundays to claim your order from the hub.
• On the other hand, you are given fourteen (14) days excluding Sundays to return any apparel.
• Partner hubs are accessible during mall hours (time may vary per hub)

So, I decided to choose BeautyMNL Partner Hub as Type of Shipping Address.

Currently, this feature is only available in Metro Manila. I chose the city where my office is located (Mandaluyong City) and selected a hub from the list (Browhaus). More often, there are two or more partner hubs in one mall. If a hub reached its maximum capacity, it is greyed out and cannot be selected.

Then, I selected COD for the mode of payment and completed my order. I was advised to receive an email/text once the package is available for pick-up.

After two days, I received the email and a text message confirming the arrival of my package at the hub. I don’t have time to pick up the package immediately. Good thing, my chosen hub is available ’til 9 PM.

I approached the receptionist and told her that I am going to claim a package from BeautyMNL. She asked me the Order number and offered me a seat at the lounge. Bringing the exact amount of your purchase is preferred but I’m out of smaller bills that time. They managed to give my change. By the way, the staff at Browhaus Mega Mall are very accommodating and nice (thank you so much!).

Overall, the experience, from shipping to claiming the package was smooth and very convenient. I recommend this option especially to full-time office workers whose availability are limited to lunch and after office hours.

I will definitely use this shipping option again!
